Stormwater:

  • Provide Stormwater sampling and analysis on each business day of a qualifying precipitation event for pH, turbidity, and non-visible pollutants as necessary. Follows specific procedures required by water permit agencies

  • Stormwater Best Management Practices (BMP) Inspections for Compliance with 2022 Construction General permit (CGP)

  • Weekly and qualifying storm event inspections, weather monitoring and applicable reporting. Inspector ensures all storm water protection measures are in working order and in place according to the project maps. The work is overseen by a Qualified SWPPP Practitioner (QSP) or a Qualified SWPPP Developer (QSD).

Soil:

  • Collection of soil samples sent testing/analysis to determine of lead concentration

  • Profiled for landfill disposal

Air:

  • Continuous methane monitoring

  • Perimeter air monitoring for lead, styrene, and/or other pollutants

  • Air sampling for mold

  • Air Sampling for asbestos abatement clearance

  • Public Safety Plan (PSP) for airborne contaminants

Asbestos

  • AHERA Building inspections

  • Building survey/sampling for asbestos

  • Certified Site Surveillance Technician (CSST) Services for asbestos abatement oversight and clearance

Lead

  • Lead sampling Technicians

  • Building survey/sampling for lead

Best Management Practices (BMPs):

  • Provide qualified water pollution control professionals to implement the requirements of the SWPPP or WPCP such as perimeter and erosion control.

    • Installation of Perimeter Control BMPs provides a barrier such as silt fence or straw wattles to prevent soil erosion and water pollution during construction and land-disturbing activities

    • Implementation of Erosion control BMPs protects water quality by minimizing soil erosion
